Artist's Comments
In one of mty classes we had to do a comic of our daily lives, which turned out to be one of the best projects I had the entire time I was in school. The image on the left is the cartton version of me I used for the comics (which I may include later). After that I made a sculpture from the drawing just for fun.
The buttons on my bag were the ones I had there at the time, and if you look close you can even make out the little paratrropers insignia on the flap. I love adding details like the pocket flaps, strap clasps, and wear on the heels of the pants. The sculpture is made from sculpy. |
